When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Processing times may be 1-2 days longer during peak ordering times, such as the holiday shopping season.


How long will it take to receive my order once it has shipped?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service from our facility in Mission Viejo, California. You can choose from the following options during checkout:
USPS Ground Advantage: 1-5 days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days


How much does shipping cost?

Orders of $25 or more ship for free. For orders under $25, your shipping cost depends on the final weight of the product and the method of shipping you choose. You will see your shipping cost breakdown during the first step of the checkout process.

Here are some starting shipping prices, your exact order may vary:
USPS Ground Advantage: $4.25 and up
USPS Priority Mail: $9 and up
USPS Priority Mail Express: $32 and up


Are the shipping delivery times guaranteed?

The USPS is generally very reliable, however they do not guarantee an exact delivery date on Ground Advantage or Priority Mail packages. Although rare, it is always possible that Ground Advantage and Priority Mail packages can be delivered past the estimated delivery timeframe.


Can I track my shipment?

Every shipment includes tracking services. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.


What is your return policy?

You must contact us prior to returning a product.

Our return policy on products that have not been personalized or customized:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of shipment
  • A pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to you if the product was defective or damaged

Our return policy on products that have customization entered by the customer, such as the stamping of initials or monograms, is as follows:

  • return will be accepted if products are damaged or defective upon arrival
  • return will be accepted if there is a misspelling or other error due to a mistake on our end

All other return requests of customized products are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case by case basis. Unless decided otherwise, refunds on customized products will be 50%, and outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.


Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Should you need to cancel an order after it has been placed please contact us a soon as possible. If the products in your order have not yet been customized with your information we will provide a full refund. If the products have already been customized with your information, we will refund the shipping cost plus 50% of the cost of the product. If you order has already shipped please see our return policy above.


Will the product colors on my screen match the actual product?

The color of the actual product may be slightly different because color accuracy has more to do with your monitor than with our site. We've made every effort to represent images of all our products accurately. Due to the wide range of computer monitors and color displays, however, there could be some slight variation between what you see on the screen and what you see in person.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.


Can I place an order over the phone instead of online?

At this time we can only accept payments through orders placed online.


Can I place an order if I am not in the United States?

Yes, we can ship internationally. Shipping prices will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date to orders outside the United States as we have no control over how long a package can take to clear customs. PLEASE NOTE: The price you pay through our online ordering system does NOT include any customs fees, VAT or import taxes. You are responsible for any additional costs for such international shipments.


Do you offer bulk discounts or custom orders?

We will be happy to give you a quote on bulk orders or any custom imprinting you may need. Please contact us and we will can answer any questions you may have.


I need these items ASAP, can you rush my order?

If you need your order shipped out as quickly as possible, please contact us about adding a rush to your order. Rush orders will ship within 24 hours. However, such orders are subject to availability in our production schedule and will incur an additional fee. The fee will vary depending on the amount of items in your order.
